- Files under 225 DPI at their print size are refused on a live order; a test order reports it without refusing.
- Give a die-cut file a transparent background; without one it is cut as a rectangle.
- Keep a die-cut design off the canvas edge, so the cut line has a margin.
- Send RGB (sRGB) artwork: a CMYK file prints, but previews and mockups show it converted to RGB, so it may not match what you approved on screen.
